Our monthly services are billed in advance and we send invoices out 28 days before they are due. So when you signed up you would have received an invoice for the first month and that invoice would have been due immediatly, then two or three days after signing up you would have received an invoice for the next month, but that invoice is not due for another 28 days. The due dates and billing periods are shown on each invoice.
