You can create surveys from Surveys.
Surveys will not update the subscribers details, the information captured from the survey is separate from the subscriber details
Surveys are anonymous which means that if you need to match the survey responses to each subscriber then you will need questions in the survey to capture their details such as their email address and name.
To link to a survey from an email campaign, if you are using the drag and drop editor, type out the text for the link such as "Click here to take our survey", highlight that text and click the "Insert/Edit Link" button. The "Insert/Edit Link" window will open. From "Special Links" choose "Surveys" and choose your survey.
Alternatively you could drag across a button from the Content pane. Then from "Special Links" choose "Surveys" and choose your survey.
