I've lost my Direct Admin password Print

It is useful to know your control panel username and password since this is needed for FTP and SSH access.

If you would like to reset your control panel password:

Log into this support portal if you haven't already. If you do not know your support portal password use the forgotten password link on the login screen.
Click on Products & Services -> My Services. A table of the services you have with us will be shown.
Click on your web or email hosting service.
Your username is shown on the Hosting Information panel.
To change the password find the Actions panel and click Change password
